It’s time to share What I Made for What I Made Monday! Share a link at the bottom of the post to show everyone what you made, too.

Happy New Year! I’ve had a wonderful and relaxing holiday, and I hope you have, too.

I sewed literally nothing all week. (Mostly because I can barely walk in my sewing room. My son got a new bed for Christmas, and we crammed the old one into the studio because we had guests coming and didn’t have time to store it properly.)

However, before last week, I did accomplish my One Monthly Goal for December of getting all of the triangles on an old Periwinkle quilt UFO trimmed and ready to sew together.

Plans for This Week

I’ll share with you my goals and plans for 2019, including a couple of fun blog hops for new books that I’m joining, very soon. Both of the books have great quilts in them, and I recommend ordering your own copies now! I’ve started sewing one of my projects for the Turnabout Patchwork blog hop already and hope to have it finished by next Monday. The other blog hop project, for the book Text It by my friend Sherri, has been finalized in my head! Time to gather material.

Have a safe and happy New Year!

  1. I love the colors in that pile of fabric! Can’t wait to see your quilts – I did purchase the turnabout quilts book and am dreaming of what my first one will be from it. Happy new year!

  2. Great pile of blocks there! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and congrats on your finish!
